MAGHREB LARK - Galerida macrorhyncha (Formerly known as Long-billed crested lark)
Large lark ID can be very tricky in the Iberian peninsular, much more so in Morocco, where two subspecies of Maghreb Lark (aka Long-billed Crested Lark) occur, formerly a subspecies of Crested lark. Within certain areas of Morocco, 3 subspecies of the extremely similar Crested lark also occur, further complicating ID. Knowing where each subspecies occur, and observing critical features of coloration and bill length is crucial to their ID, as in my experience, song/call are similar.
