First aid training, patient transfers, youth programmes & medical supplies for the local community of Gibraltar and beyond. We are highly dependent on dedicated volunteers and donations. Volunteer with Purpose; Lead, Teach, and Inspire the Next Generation in Gibraltar.

Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about making a real difference in your community?

Do you want to help young people build confidence, learn vital life skills, and discover their potential?

St John Ambulance Gibraltar is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Cadet Instructor to join our team and help lead our thriving Cadet unit (ages 10-17).

This is a unique and rewarding role where you will be at the heart of our youth programme. You will plan and deliver engaging sessions on first aid, health & wellbeing, teamwork, and leadership, helping Cadets progress through their award schemes.

We are looking for someone who is:
· Over 18 years old.
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
· Resilient and a strong team player.
· An excellent communicator and role model.
· Capable of working with young people aged 10-17.
· Someone with safeguarding experience (or a willingness to learn), this is essential.
· Previous youth work, first aid, or training delivery experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

While this is a volunteer role, we believe in investing in our people. The successful candidate will receive our comprehensive development package, including:
· A Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
