Educate your mind to train your body
You have only one body, look after it as it needs to last you a lifetime. It primarily evolved to walk, run and throw, constantly having to navigate across gravity. If you want to live a long, pain free life you need to respect those principles when training. Your body is not just the part you can see in the mirror, you need to look after it at a cellular level too, limiting the damage from for example modern sedentary lifestyles, with lots of artificial blue light, disconnected from nature. Everything you’ve done so far in life has gotten you to the state you are in now. If you are not happy with that state, you need to accept you need to make changes.
