Due to an expanding bump during pregnancy, your posture changes, muscles start to work differently and over 75% of women experience varying degrees of back and pelvic girdle pain. After having the baby, most women want to get back into their pre pregnancy jeans as soon as possible. At Mrs Bump we address the postural changes which occur during pregnancy as well as regaining that flat stomach in a correct manner without putting you at risk of developing back pain. Our classes consist of education, exercise and relaxation. Numbers are small and exercises are tailored individual to you because not one size fits all. All Mrs Bump instructors are Chartered Physiotherapists so you can expect expert advice and tuition.
