Male infertility is more common than many people think.

No s***m, infections, hormonal imbalance, prostate changes, or poor blood flow can affect a man’s fertility.

The good news: many causes are treatable.

▪️ evaluation saves time
▪️ Proper treatment restores hope

MALE INFERTILITY: WHAT THESE FINDINGS MEAN

Many men struggle with fertility silently. These findings explain why pregnancy may be difficult and what can be done.

NO S.P.E.R.M + SIGNS OF INFECTION

Azoos***mia = no sp in semen
Leukocytos***mia = infection/inflammation
Hematos***mia = blood in semen (often harmless)

Infection, blockage, or poor s***m production may be present.

PROSTATE CHANGES (NOT CANCER)

- Mild prostate enlargement (BPH)
- Small calcium deposits from past inflammation
- Benign nodule (non-suspicious)

The prostate helps nourish and transport sp*rm.

REDUCED BL.00D FLOW TO T€S€ES

Poor circulation can reduce s***m production.

HORMONE IMBALANCE

Low Estradiol
High LH
Low AMH

Suggests impaired s***m production.

WHAT THIS MEANS

- Poor s***m production
- Infection/ or inflammation
- Hormonal imbalance
- Reduced testic..lar function

BUT THIS IS TREATABLE.

BOOST MALE FERTILITY

Do you experience pain inside your breast , lumps or pus coming out of the breast?

Pls don’t ignore.

Mastitis, Breast Abscess & Breast Lumps: What You Need to Know

Breast p@in, swelling, or a lump should never be ignored. While many breast infections are benign and treatable, some serious conditions may look similar, making early medical evaluation essential.

What Is Mastitis?

Mastitis is inflammation of the breast with or without infection. It commonly causes:
• Breast p@in
• Swelling
• Warmth and redness
• Fever or chi.lls

Mastitis may be:
• Lactational (during breastfeeding)
• Non-lactational, affecting non-breastfeeding women and men

What Is a Breast Abscess?

A breast abscess is a localized collection of pus in the breast, often developing when mastitis is untreated or severe.

Symptoms include:
• A p@inful breast lump or swelling
• Redness and warmth
• Fever or chills

Who Can Be Affected?
• Breastfeeding women
• Non-breastfeeding women
• Men

Although more common during breastfeeding, anyone can develop these conditions.

Causes

Lactational Mastitis( breastfeeding infection)
• Milk stasis (milk buildup)
• Missed feeds or poor latch

Non-Lactational Mastitis & Abscess
• Smoking
• Ni. pple inj4ry, piercing, eczema
• Breast implants
• Diabetes or weak immunity
• Shaving or plucking ni. pple hairs
• Skin infections (e.g., infected cysts)

Important: Breast Cancer Can Look Similar

Some breast cancers can present like mastitis or abscess, especially when symptoms do not improve.

Warning signs include:
• A persistent breast lump or mass
• Redness or skin thickening that doesn’t resolve
P@in or swelling not responding to antibiotics
• Ni. pple retraction or discharge
• Breast symptoms in non-breastfeeding women or men

Any breast lump that persists must be evaluated with imaging (ultrasound ± mammography) and sometimes biopsy to rule out cancer.

Early detection saves lives.

Who needs regular health checks — even without symptoms?

Many serious diseases develop quietly without pain.
High blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, some cancers, eye and bone diseases can progress silently for years.

Regular health checks are about prevention, not fear.
Early checks protect your health and your future.

Abdominal (stomach) pain is not always simple.

What feels like a “stomachache” may actually come from many organs —
the stomach, liver, gallbladder, intestines, pancreas, kidneys, bladder, or even the muscles of the abdomen.

Abdominal pain can be:
• Mild or severe
• Sharp, dull, burning, or crampy
• Constant or coming and going
• Localized to one side or spread across the belly

In women, abdominal pain may be linked to menstrual problems, ovarian conditions, or pregnancy-related issues.
In men, it may come from digestive or urinary causes.
In children, repeated abdominal pain can be due to infections, worms, constipation, or food intolerance.

Warning signs you should never ignore include:
• Pain that keeps returning or worsens
• Pain that wakes you at night
• Fever, vomiting, weight loss
• Blood in stool or urine
• Yellowing of the eyes or skin

Repeated use of painkillers may hide the problem instead of treating it.

Understanding the cause is more important than treating the pain.
Early checks protect your health.

06/01/2026

Many people treat headaches repeatedly with painkillers
without asking why the pain keeps returning.

But headaches can signal infections, blood pressure problems,
neurological conditions, or severe stress.

Ignoring persistent headaches delays diagnosis.
Early checks protect your health.

03/01/2026

Urinating too often may seem harmless,
but it can be an early sign of diabetes, infection, or kidney disease.

When it comes with thirst, pain, or tiredness,
it should never be ignored.

Early checks protect your health.
