NEHO as the name goes is known as (Nutrition and Environmental Health Organization is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profitable
Organization). The organization is formed by some young Gambians with diverse field of
studies and works of life that recognizes the need to strengthen awareness on Hunger
eradication, water sanitation and hygiene, proper waste management, healthy life styles,
climate actions to combat climate change and conservation of the ecosystems targeting
schools and communities within and outside the Gambia and to provide research base
solution on issues affecting the communities.

As the CEO of Nutrition and Environmental Health Organization (N.E.H.O) we had a fruitful meeting with Mr. Sarjoe Barrow a representative of A2ZURVEY a global consulting firm specialized in research for partnership and collaboration. Thanks to Mr Ebrima Bojang for his commitment ensuring that this meeting becomes a success.
Our partnership and collaboration is geared towards guidance and funding opportunities in conducting research in the Gambia pertaining to pressing issues relating to Climate change.

This was a milestones of success achieved by NEHO in awarding certificates to 45 students at SoS Mother and adults training center at Bakoteh The Gambia on successfully attending a training on Female Ge***al Mutilation/Cutting, conducted on the 11th November, 2023.
