At our general meeting on April 13, 2024, we appointed three honorary members. Fatou Gaye is one of them.

Fatou Gaye’s life’s work in Kunkujang Keitaya is a project that we wholeheartedly support: Education and protection for children, especially girls.

VOLUNTEERING MIDWIFE FROM GERMANY STARTS: Since the beginning of October, young Ruth, a midwife from Germany, has been volunteering with us. That’s what she is saying so far: For the next 4 months I will live and work here, experience enrichment and exchange, gain more experience, share knowledge. I am working with Hadi, a nurse and midwife, who is training me warmly and open-mindedly and who likes to learn crafts from me as well. I am looking forward and am excited about what the next time will bring.
