Lamin Health Center is seeking a committed and experienced Matron to join our team. As Matron, you will provide professional leadership and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, nursing practice, and operational efficiency across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to nursing and support staff.
- Ensure that high-quality, compassionate, and safe patient care is delivered at all times.
- Oversee staffing levels, training, and professional development of nursing teams.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and national health standards.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Take responsibility for infection control, hygiene standards, and patient safety.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or matron role, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedication to patient care and professional standards.
