Effective delivery of duties and responsibilities is extra-ordinarily becoming a prerequisite for sustainability for organisation in the contemporary business world. The prevalence of such environments required the presence of effective and efficient human resources to drive success. However, personal incapacity arising from health related diseases such as diabetes, high blood, stroke etc. Have been hindrance to the maximum delivery of services. This results to personal incapacity, increase depression and anxiety hence concentration levels of staff in the business world. In essence the need for regular exercise at Rockhouse fitness centre could be a tangible solution to help improve overall organisational performance for business sustainability as the body needs the fitness it deserves.
