Vandi has consistently demonstrated proactiveness, initiative, and genuine compassion in his work. Day and night, he goes above and beyond to ensure that our residents at Nemasu Care Home receive the highest level of care, dignity, and attention they deserve.

From responding quickly to residents’ needs, supporting daily activities, maintaining a safe environment, and always offering a kind smile, Vandi truly embodies the values of dedication, reliability, and humanity that define Nafacares.

Caring for vulnerable individuals 24 hours a day is not an easy task, but Vandi approaches it with patience, professionalism, and heart. His commitment makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

🥇 1st Place – Ngozike Ukamaka Eze (Amaka) 🏅
Amaka is always punctual ⏰—often arriving before time and staying beyond her hours when needed 🤍. She is highly observant with her patient 👀, friendly 😊, humble 🙏, and very respectful 🌸. She is the longest-serving staff member, with over 2 years of consistent service 💪. A truly deserving winner 👑✨.

🥈 2nd Place – Amie Jeng 🏅
Amie is very respectful, polite, and extremely diligent 🌟. She cares for four children 👶👧🧒👦 and works continuously with no days off 💼🔥. She travels all the way from Barra 🚍, staying at work and returning home weekly, showing exceptional sacrifice and dedication ❤️. The client and children absolutely love her 🥰👏.

🥉 3rd Place – Omar Camara 🏅
Omar is very engaging 💬, loyal 🤝, peaceful 🕊️, and respectful 🌟. He always volunteers whenever called upon for Nafacares and Nemasu 🙌. He receives excellent feedback from clients ⭐ and works Monday to Sunday with no days off—a true example of commitment and service 💪👏.

✨ These winners are not in the Top 3 for no reason—their qualities, dedication, and consistency clearly speak for themselves 🌟.

✨Employees of the Month – September 2025: Fatoumatta Fatty 🌟 and Desmond Mendy 🌟.

Why?

💙 Fatoumatta Fatty: When we called for volunteers for our community outreach project, she immediately stepped forward alongside her friend, Fatou Colley. Together, they supported a recently orphaned young man who was in need of human connection and care. They went above and beyond, staying for hours to provide comfort and compassion. 👏🤝

🌿 Desmond Mendy: We received glowing feedback from a client who deeply appreciated his kindness and care towards her father. Desmond’s gentle and respectful approach made a real difference. 🙌💐
