*Symptoms*
• Rash with blisters
• Fever
• Swollen lymph nodes
• Body aches & headaches
• Fatigue
*You can catch monkeypox through:*
• Skin-to-skin contact
• Touching infected bedding, towels, clothing, or objects
• Sexual contact
*How to avoid monkeypox:*
• Avoid close contact with symptomatic people
• Clean hands and wear a mask when handling potentially infected objects
• Condoms won’t prevent monkeypox, but protect against other sexually transmitted infections
If you or a loved one have symptoms and are able to, isolate at home and contact a health worker.
