Yogasana practice from this morning at the in
We focused on balance and twists. I mainly wanted to help us reach a point where we could work deeper in the seated twists and we did that. I rarely teach Bharadvajasana (12) but today it felt appropriate and people responded well to it.
For context: this is a class where I never know the people that will participate, being for people on holidays, so I developed a very flexible structure and range of posture that are easily adapted last minute according to the people in the class.
Try this practice with a smooth long exhale and if you are comfortable with breath holds, then pause the breath after the exhale for a few second (whatever allows you to maintain the rhythm).
