When we get upset, we tend to blame others for this feeling and hold grunges against them. This behavior can't make us feel better or solve the problem. Do you know why?
The truth is that we are the ones that get ourselves upset! Our dysfunctional thoughts, our demands and our inability to stand the problems we face, create this feeling. As long as we think like that we won't be able to feel or act better!
