When we get upset, we tend to blame others for this feeling and hold grunges against them. This behavior can't make us feel better or solve the problem. Do you know why?

The truth is that we are the ones that get ourselves upset! Our dysfunctional thoughts, our demands and our inability to stand the problems we face, create this feeling. As long as we think like that we won't be able to feel or act better!

¶ Very often people give up or quit because something is hard.

¶ But guess what, it's going to be hard. And just because something is hard, it doesn't mean it's an impossible task. Successful people know that in order to do great things, they will need to work really hard on difficult tasks.

¶ Life is hard. Every time you address the challenges you face, it will make you stronger and increase your self esteem. Before you know it, you will be accomplishing things you once thought impossible.

Forgiving someone or not does not mean you have control over what they do, say, feel, think or believe. Forgiveness is solely about you and your healing from the negative emotions you feel. What the other person does with that forgiveness is up to them and is out of your control.

1. You're Terrified Of Flaws: People with atelophobia have disproportionately strong responses to the thought of imperfection — it's the difference between getting nervous before public speaking and skipping it entirely because the mere thought is terrifying.
2. You Avoid Situations Where You Might Make Mistakes: In the case of atelophobia, this would mean steering clear of situations where you might make a mistake or come across as imperfect.
3. You Set Impossible Standards: People with atelophobia are highly critical of their own work and as a result, they're usually on the lookout for their own mistakes.
4. You'd Rather Do Nothing Than Do Something Incorrectly: Atelophobes would rather do nothing than get something wrong by their own standards. Needless to say, this can cause serious difficulties in the workplace.
5. Your Fear Interferes With Your Life: Atelophobia makes it difficult to function in society, whether it's an inability to put out work on time or difficulty maintaining relationships — and that's when it may be time to seek help.

^Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Affection, gentleness, warmth, concern, and care are words that are associated with kindness.
^Being kind often requires courage and strength. Kindness is an interpersonal skill. Kindness is a willingness to full-heartedly celebrate someone else's successes. Your response to someone's successes may determine more about your relationship than how you respond when times are difficult. Do you minimize the success, not pay attention to it, or bring up all the problems with the success? Kindness is to be openly happy for the other person.
^Kindness is also about telling the truth in a gentle way when doing so is helpful to the other person. Receiving accurate feedback in a loving and caring way is an important part of a trusted relationship. The courage to give and receive truthful feedback is a key component of growth and flexible thinking.
^Kindness includes being kind to yourself. Do you treat yourself kindly? Do you speak gently and kindly to yourself and take good care of yourself?
^There are many ways to be kind and many opportunities to practice. Perhaps kindness is a value that could add more satisfaction to and strengthen your relationships.

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest if you must, but don't quit.
Life is strange with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out,
Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a fair and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the Victor's cup,
And he learned too late when night came down, how close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out.
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt and you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit.
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
