Sometimes it’s stress.

Many people today are functioning in survival mode without realizing it. Constant stimulation keeps the nervous system activated:
notifications
pressure
multitasking
endless information
And over time, this can look like:
fatigue
brain fog
irritability
emotional overwhelm
Not because something is “wrong” with you. But because your system was never designed to stay “on” all the time. Sometimes the most healing thing you can do

Not through perfection. Not through constant entertainment.

But through:
• connection
• play
• movement
• safety
• routine

Yes, screens are part of modern life. But children still need real-world experiences that help them:
regulate emotions
build resilience
feel connected

And often, the moments that matter most are the simplest ones:
a hug

playing outside
laughing together

Your body reacts like:
“It’s already happening.”
And then the cycle starts:

Thought → Anxiety → Body symptoms → More fear
The problem isn’t your body. It’s the alarm system being too sensitive.

Instead of:
“Something is wrong with me”

Try:
“My system is trying to protect me…
but it’s overactivated.”
You don’t need to fight your body.

You need to learn how to regulate it.

Τα περισσότερα “μαθήματα” που προσπαθούμε να δώσουμε στα παιδιά μας… δίνονται τη λάθος στιγμή. Την ώρα της έντασης. Αλλά εκείνη τη στιγμή, το παιδί δεν μαθαίνει.
Απλώς προσπαθεί να επιβιώσει συναισθηματικά.

Η μάθηση έρχεται μετά.
Όταν:
το σώμα έχει ηρεμήσει
υπάρχει σύνδεση
υπάρχει ασφάλεια
Τότε μπορεί να καταλάβει.
Τότε μπορεί να εξελιχθεί.

Αυτό αλλάζει όλη τη δυναμική της σχέσης!* 🫶🏽
