Βιογραφικό της Μαρίας Τελίδου
για την τεχνική ThetaHealing®
Η Μαρία Τελίδου γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1971 και είναι καθηγήτρια Φυσικής Αγωγής και Αθλητισμού, απόφοιτος του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, (1988-1992). Μετά την αποφοίτηση της εργάστηκε για 6 χρόνια ως γυμνάστρια, καθηγήτρια Φυσικής Αγωγής και προπονήτρια στην Ελλάδα και στην Αγγλία. Από το 2000 μέχρι το 2010
έζησε μόνιμα στην Ινδία ως εθελόντρια στον μεγάλο πνευματικό και φιλανθρωπικό οργανισμό της Αmma, οργανώνοντας οικολογικά προγράμματα και μελετώντας τις ανατολικές πνευματικές διδασκαλίες. (Αmma: διεθνούς φήμης πνευματική δασκάλα και φιλάνθρωπος, www.amma-greece.org)
Το 2010 η Μαρία Τελίδου πρωτοξεκίνησε να σπουδάζει την τεχνική ΤhetaHealing® στο εξωτερικό κυρίως Αγγλία, Ινδία και Αμερική όπου και έγινε εκπαιδεύτρια.
Η ThetaHealing® technique είναι μια διαλογιστική τεχνική που αξιοποιεί την πνευματική φιλοσοφία που αναπτύχθηκε το 1995 από την Αμερικανίδα Vianna Stibol, η οποία είναι ιδιοκτήτρια και ιδρύτρια του ινστιτούτου THInK® – ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge στην Μοντάνα της Αμερικής, www.thetahealing.com
Η Μαρία εντυπωσιασμένη από την αποτελεσματικότητα της τεχνικής ThetaHealing® αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί εξ' ολοκλήρου με αυτήν. Το 2011 διάδωσε και σταθεροποίησε για πρώτη φορά στη χώρα μας με ένα συστηματικό και οργανωμένο τρόπο την τεχνική ThetaHealing και άρχισε να την διδάσκει σε όλη την Ελλάδα.
Το 2012 η Μαρία συν-μετάφρασε και επιμελήθηκε τα εγχειρίδια και τα δύο πρώτα βασικά βιβλία της τεχνικής ΤhetaHealing:
1.Το βιβλίο «ΤhetaHealing® – H Πρωτοποριακή Ενεργειακή Μέθοδος Θεραπείας»,
2.Το βιβλίο «ΤhetaHealing® – Προχωρημένο Επίπεδο»
Συμμετέχει συνεχώς σε εκθέσεις, φεστιβάλ και ραδιοφωνικές ή τηλεοπτικές εκπομπές παρουσιάζοντας την τεχνική ThetaHealing και δίνοντας διαλέξεις. H Μαρία έχει δημιουργήσει την επιχείρηση «Ελεύθερος Χώρος» και εργάζεται ως επαγγελματίας σύμβουλος και εκπαιδεύτρια ΤhetaHealing®.

«Η Επικοινωνία που μας Ενώνει» είναι η σειρά μαθήματων που δημιούργησε η Μαρία Τελίδου και είναι βασισμένα στις αρχές της Μη Βίαιης Επικοινωνίας του Αμερικανού ψυχολόγου Dr. Marshall B. Rozenberg, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), www.nvc.org
Η Μαρία από το 2011 εκπαιδεύεται συστηματικά στην Μη Βίαιη Επικοινωνία. Την περίοδο 2016 ξεκίνησε τα πρώτα της σεμινάρια και συμμετέχει συχνά σε εκθέσεις και φεστιβάλ παρουσιάζοντας την ΜΒΕ στην Αθήνα και σε άλλες πόλεις της Ελλάδας. Διοργανώνει πολλές ζωντανές και διαδικτυακές παρουσιάσεις και πλέον τα σεμινάρια γίνονται και διαδικτυακά.

Maria Telidou's Biography
about the ThetaHealing® technique
Maria Telidou was born in Athens in 1971 and is a professor of Physical Education and Sports, a graduate of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, (1988-1992). From 2000 to 2010 she lived permanently in India as a volunteer in the spiritual and charitable organization of Amma, organizing ecological programs and studying Eastern spiritual teachings. (Amma: internationally renowned spiritual teacher and philanthropist, www.amma-greece.org)
In 2010, Maria Telidou first began studying the ThetaHealing® technique abroad, mainly in England, India and America, where she became a trainer. ThetaHealing® technique is a meditative technique that utilizes the spiritual philosophy developed in 1995 by the American Vianna Stibol, who is the owner and founder of the THInK® – ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge in Montana, USA, www.thetahealing.com
Maria, impressed by the effectiveness of the ThetaHealing® technique, decided to devote herself entirely to it. In 2011, she spread and stabilized the ThetaHealing technique for the first time in Greece in a systematic and organized way and began teaching it throughout Greece. In 2012, Maria co-translated and edited the manuals and the first two basic books of the ThetaHealing technique:
1. The book “ThetaHealing® ”,
2. The book “ThetaHealing® – Advanced Level”
She constantly participates in exhibitions, festivals and radio or television shows presenting the ThetaHealing technique and giving lectures. Maria has created the business “Free Space” and works as a professional ThetaHealing® consultant and trainer. She has been awarded the following certifications by THInk:

about the technique "The Communication That Unites Us"
"The Communication That Unites Us" is the series of courses created by Maria Telidou and are based on the principles of the Nonviolent Communication by the American psychologist Dr. Marshall B. Rozenberg, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), www.nvc.org
Maria has been systematically trained in Nonviolent Communication since 2011. In 2016, she started her first seminars and frequently participates in exhibitions and festivals presenting NVC in Athens and other cities in Greece. She organizes many live and online presentations and now the seminars are also held online.
