What happens when 3 days of inspiration meet a team that refuses to settle?

This year’s annual cycle meeting wasn’t just an agenda - it was a feeling. We truly lived our motto: “Never settle – we raise the bar together.”
Never settle captured our team’s heartbeat: curiosity, courage, and the drive to build what’s next - for animal health, for veterinarians, and for society.
The word that echoed in every room was together. Cross department partnerships, shared wins, and everyday heroes who make progress possible.
We celebrated our 2025 successes, applauded colleagues who embody our Ways of Working, and made a promise to ourselves: 2026 will be even stronger.
A heartfelt thank you to our VP, Pedro Silva, for being with us - recognizing our sustainable achievements, sharing the EURAM 2026 strategy, and inspiring us to keep raising the bar for pets, livestock, and the veterinary community that cares for them.
Thanks also to our Italian colleagues Claudio Rosso, Stefano Pezza and Debora Orrico, for bringing their energy and collaboration spirit.
We left with energy, inspiration, and, above all, joy.
