Γενική Περιγραφή Εκπαιδευτικού Προγράμματος:
Εδώ και 18 χρόνια, το Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Λογικοθυμικής & Γνωσιακής Συμπεριφορικής Θεραπείας διεξάγει το Εκπαιδευτικό και Εποπτικό Πρόγραμμα στη Λογικοθυμική & Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική Θεραπεία ως το μόνο αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα ολοκληρωμένης Λογικοθυμικής και Γνωσιακής Συμπεριφορικής Ψυχοθεραπείας στην Ελλάδα από το Ινστιτούτο Albert Ellis της Νέας Υόρκης.

Η Λογικοθυμική Συμπεριφορική Θεραπεία, η πρώτη γνωσιακή-συμπεριφορική προσέγγιση στην ψυχολογική πρακτική, η οποία ιδρύθηκε το 1955 από τον ψυχολόγο και ψυχοθεραπευτή Albert Ellis, έχει αναγνωριστεί διεθνώς ως η πλέον πρωτοποριακή και αποτελεσματική μορφή Γνωσιακής-Συμπεριφορικής Θεραπείας σε διαφορετικούς πληθυσμούς ενηλίκων και παιδιών-εφήβων (David, Lynn, & Ellis, 2010).

Τα προγράμματα που προσφέρονται από το Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο ακολουθούν τους πιο πρόσφατους νεωτερισμούς και τις πιο πρόσφατες εξελίξεις του τομέα.
Στόχος τους είναι να βοηθήσουν τους επαγγελματίες να αποκτήσουν βαθιά θεωρητική και πρακτική γνώση στη Λογικοθυμική & Γνωσιακή-Συμπεριφορική Θεραπεία με Ενήλικες ή και με Παιδιά/Εφήβους και να βελτιώσουν τις κλινικές τους δεξιότητες.

General Description of the Training Program:
For 18 years, the Hellenic Institute of Rational-Emotive & Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy has been conducting the Training and Supervision Programs in Rational-Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the only recognized program of integrated Rational-Emotive & Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in Greece by the Albert Ellis Institute in New York.

Rational-Emotive & Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, the first cognitive-behavioral approach to psychological practice, founded in 1955 by psychologist and psychotherapist Albert Ellis, has been internationally recognized as the most innovative and effective form of cognitive-behavioral therapy in different populations of adults and children/adolescents (David, Lynn, & Ellis, 2010).
