Located just by Aigiali main beach, you hear the waves as you lie down to relax at the end of a yoga class or to recieve a relaxing massage.
IRIS studio is run by Karin who lives most of the year on the island. She teaches yoga since 2008 and is a body worker for almost thirty years. Her style, both in yoga and her bodywork one can say, is soft and powerful, light and deep, easy and challenging in the same time. Depending on students/clients situations and needs.
Karin teaches drop-in classes throughout the year as well as workshops and retreats. She also collaborates with other teachers, therapists and adventurers.
IRIS studio can also be hosting guest teachers with groups.
