happy hunter's full moon,

a time to gather and prepare for winter, reflect on the past and honour abundance, in its manifold ways. to celebrate, even in the form of departures. despite recent changes in our center, gratitude is present, when choosing to tune into that frequency.

our responsibility is our vibration

something dies for something to be born
there is excitement in the unknown
the coming and going of form is but a play
so let's play

I recently saw a kingfisher flying just above the sea. the water was calm and slightly pink, mirroring the tender colors of dawn. one of the gifts of the day.

another one is coming home to moments of well-needed solitude. back to how this season started, about half a year ago, alone.

thanks to each and everyone who has been contributing to the steady rooting and expanding of the center. to its becoming a beacon of light, in times like this.

my heart is full of gratitude from all the beautiful encounters and experiences. also from the challenges, which i am learning to embrace and grow from.

Sound Bath— A Gentle Transition to Autumn 🍁
Wednesday 3 September 6pm-7.15pm

You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative sound bath as we gently welcome the shift into autumn. The sounds will create a pause between the outward energy of summer and the inward call of autumm.

Through the harmonic vibrations of singing bowls and gong, we will invite stillness, reflection and release. Let the sound wash over you and offer a deeply nourishing way to move through the fall transition and prepare for the slower pace of the season.

This session is designed to support both body and mind in navigating seasonal change with ease — a beautiful opportunity to align with nature, restore your energy and set gentle intentions for the season to come.

All are welcome, no experience required.

Please bring anything that helps you feel cosy, a pillow or a scarf to cover your eyes.
