Ελάτε να ταξιδέψουμε μαζί, τιμώντας το στοιχείο του νερού. Εξερευνώντας τι σημαίνει να είμαστε σαν το νερό, ευέλικτες και ευπροσάρμοστες, απαλές αλλά και δυνατές.

Να συνδεθούμε με τη διαίσθηση μας και να έρθουμε σε επαφή με τα συναισθήματα μας. Να δημιουργήσουμε χώρο για εμπιστοσύνη. Χώρο για να θυμηθούμε ότι η ζωή συμβαίνει ΓΙΑ εμάς, όχι ΣΕ εμάς.

Happy equinox, beloved.

Over a week back to Amorgos and beginning to land, integrate the Belgian adventures and enjoy some winter days alone in the house. It is windy. It is cold. And I love it. Swimming - with a wet suit - is invigorating.

A kingfisher flew across the surface of the sea, on one of the first mornings I went down to the beach. Welcoming me home and reminding me of the magic of life.

A first women’s circle took place on the new moon in pisces, ever nearby the equinox, this incredible moment of almost equal duration of day and night, across the globe.

A moment of equality and sharing. Of pointing to that potential within for balance ~ in a dynamic and listening to what each moment asks for way.

And so it goes, the Agni Center ’26 journey unfolds gently. With yoga classes ongoing, singing circles coming up and a team of great guys working in the garden, making it a paradise I couldn’t even dream of.

From here, I am sending love to all, TRUST, creativity and thrust into the unknown, beyond edges of comfort, so as to welcome growth. To welcome that amazing LIFE our souls yearn to experience.

Wishes for dancing, so as to transform. Like Rumi calls it “Dance until you shatter yourself”.
So let’s shatter.

Deeply resonating with this poem ~
Merry Christmas to all!
LOVE from Armenia

We locked up our wisdom into our bones
And swallowed the keys
They sank in our rivers of blood
And we forgot the maps
Because we had to forget the mysteries
To keep them safe.
We wove our hair into brooms
And swept over our paths
And then burned the earth with our rage
We didn’t teach our children
It was the only way to protect them, we thought.

But in them we planted seeds, seeds and keys
And told them stories and riddles and songs
With no roots, just tangled threads
That would take years to unwind
Just enough time
For the rains to fall again
And put out the fires.
For the dams to break
For the rivers to flood
For the paths to be walked again
For the soil to breathe.

And as the old bones crumble
Deep beneath the rubble,
We find we’ve always had the keys.
Our stories and our maps
Our paths are revealed to some
