Touch is powerful. But it’s not magic.🥰

Here on the beach in Thailand, I was reminded of something essential.🏖️🌞
Bodywork can soften. It can regulate. It can reconnect someone to their breath.💯

But lasting change comes from relationship — with the body, with patterns, with strength, with awareness.🧡

In these moments on the sand, there is no clinic table. No perfect setup. Just listening hands and a nervous system meeting another nervous system.🩵

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It has to be attentive.🤍

I’m returning to Andros soon, carrying this simplicity with me.💚

From Fixing to Flow ✨
Completed my 30-hour Professional Thai Massage training (18–23.1.26) in a way my old self would never have allowed.
Illness moved through — respiratory, then intestinal — which I experienced as a healing release. Instead of pushing, I rested. I even missed one class the day before my exam and spent the day in bed.
On exam day, I trusted my body and my training. A few seconds of doubt… then steadiness.
Passed with 95/100.
We closed with a beautiful ceremony, individual certificate presentations, and an amazing Thai lunch — a true celebration of community and nourishment.
This week confirmed something deep:
I don’t need to fix myself to succeed.
When I listen, rest, and stay in flow — I rise. 🌿

Day 11- Arrival in Chang Mai

I arrived today in Chang Mai where I met part of the group of fellow students from Greece
I will spend 10 days here for Thai massage courses and excursions in Chiang Mai.

We went for some food and booked a Thai Massage treatment with a blind man and continued to go to the market. This is when I noticed that I didn't have my shopping bag with me anymore. I thought I left it at the restaurant so I went back there.
I told the others not to wait for me; that I would go back to the hotel. The bag was not in the restaurant so I went to the Thai massage place. The bag was still there with my purchases and my water bottle.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on something simple but powerful.

Growth doesn’t require drama.
Healing doesn’t erase pleasure.
Aging doesn’t dim vitality.
And stepping into life doesn’t require certainty.

I step out of my comfort zone almost every day — not to prove anything, but because it makes me feel alive. If fear shows up at all, it’s only for a split second… and then it dissolves.

Today something small happened that reminded me how much has shifted. I forgot a shopping bag while out with a group. I walked back — and it was still there. Nothing was lost. Nothing went wrong. Life simply adjusted.
What struck me wasn’t the mistake, but the ease afterward. No panic. No self-blame. Just flow self-correcting.

On the way to the hotel I ended up going to the nail salon and had a beautiful manicure pedicure

What means the world to me is the support of my close girlfriends. The women who really know me and cheer me on completely. One even said, “You’re my hero” — just for riding a scooter for the first time in Thailand. And that made me smile, because it’s never really about the scooter.

It’s about trusting yourself.
Choosing life.
And letting "flow replace fixing."

Grateful for this chapter, the people around me, and the reminder that it’s never too late to feel fully alive.🙏❤️

I was so happy to help the owner Fon from Sunset bar, who had 2 different pain issues. I was able to eliminate the pain in her hip and arm completely!
