Arbutus unedo also know as the Strawberry tree or Κουμαριά in Greek. This is one of my favorite things to do during the autumn season-pick these delicious berries! They have so many benefits including being a great source of vitamin C and has high amounts of antioxidants. It is traditionally used as a diuretic and laxative and is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Do you have any strawberry trees around you?
