This patient underwent a facelift, neck lift, and endoscopic brow lift.

The facelift involved elevation of the malar fat pad combined with a deep plane SMAS lift, offering powerful midface rejuvenation. Lifting the malar fat pad also improves the tear trough and lower eyelid region.

The neck lift was performed with platysma plication in two areas: the midline (corset platysmaplasty) and laterally, to redefine the neck contour and restore a youthful neckline.

An endoscopic brow lift, the state-of-the-art procedure to rejuvenate the upper third of the face, was also performed. Think of it as a facelift for the upper face—opening the eyes, lifting the brows, and softening deep glabellar frown lines.

✨ The same patient returned 20 years later, and the results remain beautifully visible.
