👉 Our latest publication in the World Journal of Methodology validates what we’ve been doing for years at Schroth Scoliosis & Spine Clinic — and now it’s official: PSSE-Schroth method can be successfully applied in a hybrid model (in-person + online).

🚀 The PSSE-Schroth method continues to innovate, constantly introducing new ideas and pioneering approaches in the field of scoliosis rehabilitation.

✅ This is the first-ever Schroth-based study proving that a well-structured online protocol, combined with in-person guidance, can lead to excellent compliance and improved outcomes in the treatment of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS).

🎯 At Schroth Scoliosis & Spine Clinic, we’ve already treated hundreds of patients from around the world, helping them overcome not just scoliosis but also the barrier of distance.

✨I’m incredibly honored to be selected for the SRS L.E.A.D. Program — and even more proud to be the first-ever Physiotherapist accepted into this prestigious initiative by the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS)!
👉 This is more than a personal achievement — it’s a milestone for non-operative scoliosis care worldwide. Through this program, I’ll be working alongside top spine surgeons and international leaders to:
✅ Promote the value of scoliosis-specific exercises (PSSE) and bracing
✅ Strengthen collaboration between Physiotherapists, Orthotists and Spine Surgeons and multidisciplinary approach in spine care
✅ Encourage closer collaboration between SOSORT and SRS
✅ Advocate for comprehensive, patient-centered care
✅ Contribute to the future of conservative treatment through research, education, and leadership

✨ 2nd International PSSE-Schroth method Masters Course, Athens, Greece 🇬🇷

👉 10 participants from Romania 🇷🇴, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, France 🇫🇷, Netherlands 🇳🇱, Slovenia 🇸🇮 & Greece 🇬🇷

📍4 Days of innovation and precise 3D correction in motion, tailored to the individual needs of each scoliosis and kyphosis patient.

🌀 We explored advanced PSSE-Schroth concepts through
✔️ Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel)
✔️ TRX training for postural control and kyphosis
✔️ Yoga integration with the 3D correction concept

🧠 Every day, we engaged in 2 hours of hands-on practice with real patients, under our supervision — bridging theory with clinical application.

🔍 Sessions on clinical reasoning, critical appraisal, and research methodology empowered participants to build stronger scientific foundations and confidently contribute to the evidence base.

📊 We focused on the complexity of adult spinal deformities, with in-depth analysis of sagittal balance and discussion on surgical indications and conservative planning.

🔥 What an unforgettable 4-day journey!
The 1st International Masters PSSE-Schroth Course in Athens just wrapped up – a dynamic blend of advanced theory, practical training, and clinical reasoning. 🇬🇷

🧠 Every day included 2 hours of hands-on practice with real scoliosis patients, supervised by our dedicated PSSE-Schroth Instructors. Participants had the opportunity to apply correction strategies in real-time – adapting to different curve types and patient profiles.

🌀 We explored new PSSE-Schroth exercises using Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair), introduced TRX as a functional training tool, and incorporated Yoga poses based on the 3D concept of correction – merging movement with structural awareness.

📚 Our educational journey extended into research methodology:
✔️ How to critically appraise scientific literature
✔️ How to write strong research and submit to peer-reviewed journals
✔️ How to integrate clinical data into meaningful publications
✔️ And most importantly – clinical decision-making based on real case discussions
