A supportive space where you can share your breastfeeding journey, ask questions, and feel connected with others going through similar experiences.
❓ Why join a breastfeeding support group? ❓
Breastfeeding can be beautiful, intense, joyful and sometimes challenging — all at the same time. Having a supportive community can make a big difference. Our aim is to help you feel confident, informed and heard, with plenty of space to express your questions, worries and successes. Access to evidence-based information and compassionate support is the foundation for a positive breastfeeding experience.
🫶 Who can join?
This online group is open to:
• pregnant parents planning to breastfeed
• breastfeeding mothers
• mothers of toddlers
• grandmothers or other caregivers who support breastfeeding families

❥ Milk supply — worries, challenges and solutions
❥ Starting solid foods
❥ Breastfeeding and returning to work
❥ Breastfeeding toddlers
❥ Night feedings and sleep
❥ Weaning questions
❥ Sharing real-life breastfeeding experiences
✨ What to expect during the meeting
We will share personal experiences, answer questions, discuss challenges and celebrate successes in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. You are welcome whether things are going smoothly or feel difficult right now.

Every Tuesday, 18:00–20:00, online via Zoom.
Beginning January 20th, 2026.
✨ How much it costs?
To support our volunteer work there is a voluntary contribution policy.
Suggested contribution: 10€/session or 30€/monthly.
