Σιατσου στα ιαπωνικά σημαίνει "δαχτυλικη πίεση" είναι μια ολιστική αγωγή υγείας, βαθειά ριζωμένη στην Παραδοσιακή Κινεζική Ιατρική και βασισμένη στην ιδέα ότι η ζωτική ενέργεια κι /qi ρέει μέσα στο σώμα σε κανάλια /μεσημβρινούς.

My Love for the essential oils & blends for massage oil is great 🌸 for many years i have a ritualistic practice of using oils together with accupressure points that make us feel good emotionally and spiritually. My zen Shiatsu daily practice is upgrated as i combine the essential oils considering my choises from a holistic diagnosis view and this makes my own signature treatments really special🌸
Over the years of being working with Traditional Chinese Medicine , Zen Shiatsu and the Accupressure points, i really appreciate the healings been offered with the wisdom of the Five Elements together with the ability to elevate and integrate the power and wisdom of the vibrations of the essential oils.

An effective quality of touch requires support and detachment at the same time.
In Zen Shiatsu the aim is to Understand the individual physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
Stress Relief ,better sleep ,mood Boost ,pain relief and respiratory support and emotional freedom are here to be Experienced and Activated 🩷
