Swaha Aerial Yoga is Greece’s pioneer aerial yoga school, brought to Greece in 2010 by Tanya Popovich, first certified aerial yoga teacher in Athens. For over a decade we've been training Aerial Yoga teachers in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete, Cyprus, Turkey, Finland, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, Thailand and India. Swaha Aerial Yoga training consists of a comprehensive curriculum including warm ups, pose break down, alignment, begginner, intermidiate and advanced poses, flows and transitions, sequencing, safety and final relaxation, as well all safety guidelines in regards to the equipment and it's installation. This is an Internationally recognized training and it is registered with Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
