Custom Carbon Project We built products following innovative methods, such as sophisticated data collection algorithms, artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

Custom Carbon Project, is a developing human-centered scientific project, with its main objective, on the manufacturing of specialized sports orthopedic insoles. By using, as raw materials, pre-impregnated Carbon and Kevlar fabrics with aerospace-grade resins and 3D printing and scanning technologies, our orthotic insoles feature properties, that have never been noted before on a global scale. After 10 years of study and experimentation, we open the doors of our program to the amateur sports public, being proud to innovate on a global scale, from our special homeland, Greece.

👉 The man next to me is my clinical and research inspiration, David McPoil, a Physio-Biomechanist, pioneer in clinical biomechanics research
👉 That day we had a chat. I told him about my willingness to create custom-rigid, no compromise orthotics, made 100% from aerospace tech carbon fibers
👉 He responded “it’s a crazy idea and I like it, go for it”
👉 10 years after, not only have I turned it into reality, but also I have developed with an amazing tech team .software a web-app that makes customization and order for the athlete only two clicks away from his mobile!
🚀 looking forward to the next 10 years of development and evolution of this never ending project 🙈software
