✨Happy New Year to our friends, near and far🌟🔥2026 signs: the year started at our shala last Sunday with a full Mysore class and honestly dense Energy🔥 2025 milestones: a Forest in our shala, our amazing lending library named Camille dedicated to a student (detailed info in the comments !), lectures and sharings of high importance for all, 3 shala-relocations to Naples, Cyclades, Crete, more babies, Agni’s trip to India, more awesome traveling practitioners❤️🔥But mostly: the beating Heart behind this, the Vessel in which the above are activated, live and nourished, the Ashtanga Yoga Athens 2002, more mature than ever, full, daily, with people who have chosen us for the way we work: we are here to wake us all up, with ways seen or unseen, to channel our energy consciously towards a more balanced and compassionate existence🫀👁️⚔️ We just have to step on our mat frequently💪In the first photo, a handmade lunar calendar by Olympia for our shala😳And some pics of the last of ‘ 25 and first of ‘26 classes just for the ambience🤍Deep GRATITUDE🤍🔔👁️If you wish to join our spacecraft send an email at eleftherialagoudaki@gmail.com for info.
