- In 1995, Spiros was the massage therapist of the Rhodes Imperial Hotel. He also worked for the Olympic Palace, Miramare and Rodos Bay Hotels as a freelancer.
- In 1996, he worked as
a physiotherapist in the General Hospital of Rhodes. At the same time he worked as a massage therapist for the Rodos Bay, Rhodes Beach, Cosmopolitan, Eden Roc, Elina and Faliraki Beach Hotels.
- In 1997, he worked as a full-time massage therapist at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Cyprus.
- Since 1998 he has been an independent massage therapist in Athens. At the same time, since 2001, he has been teaching Classical Massage, Anatomy-Physiology and First Aid at physical therapist assistants schools. Kareas is known for its 500-year-old monastery of St. John and its taverns.
