Vassiliki-Bessy Trigka is the Founder of All-in-Yoga (2010) and the pioneer instructor who introduced Forrest Yoga in Greece in 2008 and Antigravity Aerial Yoga in 2011. In October 2012, All-in-Yoga has relocated and expanded to All-in-Yoga+ adding Antigravity and Pilates with the support of exceptional professional instructors.
