🌸EYS Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training 85hrs🌸

Η γέννα αποτελεί για πολλές παραδόσεις μια τελετή περάσματος (rite of passage), ένα ορόσημο μεταμόρφωσης της γυναίκας και ενδυνάμωσης της προς το νέο της ρόλο.

Η yoga αποτελεί τον οδηγό σε αυτό το μονοπάτι, προσφέροντας τα εργαλεία που θα φέρουν τις γυναίκες σε επαφή με τον Eαυτό και το μωρό τους, πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της αναγεννητικής εμπειρίας.

Η Μαρία και φέτος θα μοιραστεί μεθόδους και συμβουλές, προκειμένου η yoga να αποτελέσει στήριγμα και έμπνευση για τις γυναίκες, κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης και της πρώτης περίοδου της μητρότητας, ταξίδι αυτογνωσίας και σύνδεσης με την εσωτερική τους δύναμη.

🌿Intro to Thai Massage & Vinyasa to Yin Yoga

Αυτό το διήμερο δεν είναι απλώς μια εισαγωγή σε δύο πρακτικές. Είναι μια πρόσκληση να επιβραδύνουμε, να νιώσουμε και να παρατηρήσουμε πώς το σώμα ανταποκρίνεται όταν αλλάζει ποιότητες: από το άγγιγμα στη ροή, από την κίνηση στην παύση.

Σάββατο 24 Ιανουαρίου │ Intro to Thai Massage

Η πρώτη μέρα μας φέρνει σε επαφή με το συνειδητό άγγιγμα. Το Thai Massage λειτουργεί σαν ένας σιωπηλός διάλογος ανάμεσα σε δύο σώματα: πίεση και άφημα, στήριξη και εμπιστοσύνη. Χωρίς βιασύνη και χωρίς να απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία, θα εξερευνήσουμε βασικές τεχνικές που μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν με ασφάλεια και παρουσία. Η πρακτική εστιάζει στο πώς χρησιμοποιούμε το βάρος μας, την αναπνοή και τη γείωση, ώστε το άγγιγμα να γίνεται μέσο φροντίδας – τόσο για αυτόν που δίνει όσο και για αυτόν που λαμβάνει.

Ωρες : 16:00–19:00

Κυριακή 25 Ιανουαρίου │ Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

Η δεύτερη μέρα είναι αφιερωμένη στην εναλλαγή.
Μπαίνουμε αρχικά στη ροή της Vinyasa, αφήνοντας την κίνηση να ξετυλίγεται χωρίς ένταση, με σταθερότητα και ρυθμό. Το σώμα κινείται, ζεσταίνεται, αναπνέει. Υπάρχει κατεύθυνση, αλλά όχι βιασύνη. Και έπειτα, σταδιακά, όλα αλλάζουν. Η κίνηση υποχωρεί και η ακινησία παίρνει τον λόγο. Στη Yin Yoga δεν «κάνουμε» — μένουμε. Παρατηρούμε πώς το σώμα αντιδρά όταν δεν του ζητείται τίποτα. Πώς η παύση αποκαλύπτει όσα η κίνηση κρύβει.
Η πρακτική δεν χωρίζει το ενεργητικό από το παθητικό, αλλά τα αφήνει να συνυπάρξουν. Σαν δύο αναπνοές του ίδιου κύκλου.
