Call to enter for free an International, on line , leaderless group about leadership and directorship conundrums

Dear Colleagues,
After many years of successful individual and group therapy we have found parts of ourselves in need of identification and further exploration regarding anxieties about directorship and leadership in society and organizations.
Irvin Yalom found that, for himself, being in a long term group with many other directors was the most valuable input in his learning journey.
We have personally experienced those parts of our struggles as directors of psychotherapeutic institutes, agencies, and organizations, that combine clinical work and educational teaching, often becoming contradictory and antagonistic to our other roles such as Group Therapist, Psychoanalyst, Supervisor, and others. The multiplicity of roles is the basic challenge every director copes with, as well as the multiple projections and representations that influence and sometimes attack the vision for good enough ethical leadership.
We have come to painfully admit that very rarely can colleagues who are not directors offer empathic understanding in such difficult moments of directorship and leadership.
This call concerns the enlargement of a small group that has been running virtually and leaderless, free of charge, since October 2021. We have paid with our time and devotion. While the speaking language will be English, it is expected that multinational, multiethnic, and intersectional aspects will enrich our dialogue. BIPOC members are particularly welcome.
Prospective members should currently be serving as Directors or Co Directors in institutes, non governmental agencies, the public or private sectors, in organizations, and in committees related to mental health education or clinical work. Managers, retired Directors, former Directors, or people who intend to become directors are welcome to join this group.
Those interested will receive two different friendly interactions regarding the scope of their entrance with two current members of the group.
We are from fifteen countries so far. The entry period is still running for more people to join us. Please circulate the attached document within your professional communities.
The group has been running Wednesdays 15.30 to 17.00 EET since October 6th 2021. When in doubt, convert from 15.30 EET on the specific date.

Το Ινστιτούτο Σχεσιακής και Ομαδικής Ψυχοθεραπείας, Ι.Σ.Ο.Ψ με έδρα την Αθήνα, παρουσιάζει ένα διήμερο σεμινάριο στην Αθήνα με τον Ψυχίατρο , Ψυχαναλυτικό Ψυχοθεραπευτή , Ομαδικό Αναλυτή , Δρ. Cosmin Chita , σχετικά με «Πέρα από την Αντήχηση, η μετα-ατομική πρόταση του Simondon και το ζήτημα της παροδικότητας στην ψυχανάλυση και την ομαδική ανάλυση».
Η διάλεξη επεκτείνει αυτό το έργο διερωτώμενη πώς η φιλοσοφία του Simondon μπορεί να εμβαθύνει την κατανόησή μας για τη «στροφή προς την ομάδα» στη σχεσιακή ψυχανάλυση και τη σύγχρονη ομαδική ανάλυση. Πριν όμως υιοθετηθεί αυτό το πλαίσιο θεραπευτικά πρέπει να τεθεί ένα κρίσιμο ερώτημα που αντηχεί τη φροϋδική σκέψη «Περί παροδικότητας» του 1916. Μήπως η θεωρία της μόνιμης και ατελούς εξατομίκευσης του Simondon αποτελεί άμυνα απέναντι στη σκληρή αλήθεια της ύπαρξής μας, δηλαδή την έσχατη θνητότητα και περατότητά μας. Μήπως η ιδέα ότι «το άτομο δεν υπάρχει ποτέ μόνο του» ή ότι το προατομικό «επιμένει ως απόθεμα» παρέχει μια παρηγοριά απέναντι στη μοναξιά του θανάτου. Ή μήπως, αντιθέτως, εκφράζει την πιο ριζική παραδοχή ότι η αυτόνομη ατομικότητα υπήρξε πάντα μια ψευδαίσθηση, και ότι η ίδια η εξατομίκευση είναι το τραύμα που μας αποσπά από το προατομικό έδαφος.
