Our team was happy to undertake the full event management of the inaugural Symposium of the International Community (Koinon) of Academies, hosted by the Academy of Athens during its centennial year.

Bringing together representatives from 36 Academies worldwide within the emblematic neoclassical building on Panepistimiou Street, the Symposium marked the launch of a new global intellectual platform inspired by the legacy of Plato’s Academy.

We managed the full operational spectrum of this multi-day international gathering, overseeing participant coordination, speaker engagement, travel (accommodation / hospitality etc), comprehensive secretariat and protocol support. We delivered integrated production and communications services, including on-site ex*****on, live streaming, and digital outreach, alongside curated hospitality experiences, cultural programming, and formal event functions, ensuring a seamless and distinguished experience across academic, diplomatic, and cultural dimensions.

Earlier this month, we supported the delivery of the 2nd Athens Policy Dialogues, transforming a high-level diplomatic forum into a seamless and impactful experience 🏛️✨. Hosted at the King George Hotel, the event welcomed the President of the Hellenic Republic, the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition, senior ministers, and international experts from across the Eastern Mediterranean 🌍🤝.

🌿🏛️ The Goulandris Natural History Museum has officially entered its new chapter as Greece’s National Museum of Natural History. We were tasked with managing the protocol for this landmark inauguration, a ceremony marking 60 years of scientific contribution.

Our role involved the coordination of a high-level guest list and intricate seating arrangements for the President of the Republic, government leadership, and the diplomatic corps. Managing the logistics for such a distinguished assembly required absolute discretion and precision to ensure a seamless evening.
