FREE Yoga Lesson, Pranayama and Hatha Yoga Course Lesson for all starters!
Start is next week at "Spirit of Prana" Studio in the center of CHANIA.

In the starting HATHA YOGA Course we want to illuminate together the roots,
the way of using and the inner attitude to that ancient idea of Yoga.
You will learn how the relation between asanas (Yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing tequniques) and meditation leads to the balance between body and mind.
In the practical part, we clean the nadis (energetical channels) to raise your energies, arousing your flower and / or vigour and awareness within (and much more...)

The breath and Pranayama

One of my upcoming courses I would like to share with you is the Pranayama Course.
We can also say instead, a course for the understanding and harmonic integration of our breath into the body.
What will you experience and what are the benefits?
In every lesson I will give you a theoretical knowledge about the way how our breath is working anatomically and the way it supports the body.
Together with this increasing knowledge we practise consciously to connect to our breath and thus we build constantly a foundation to:
- improve the blood circulation
- stimulate the lymphatic system
- create proper circulation of the body fluids within the organs
- purify the lungs due to the accurate interchange of oxygen
- support the correct filtration of the kidneys
- support the rhythmic use of the diaphragm and abdominal muscles
- increase digestion, vitality, perception and memory
- refining of the senses, illumine the self
