About Duncan:
Firstly I made huge strides in my life when I let go of my ego, my strong identity. Letting go of this has allowed me to achieve so much so quickly. So in this about me section, I want to start by saying this is my journey this is what got me to my understanding that all this is not me. I am not a great athlete a “world record holder” a “successful gym owner”. I am a life at peace, my needs are small. I very much enjoy my life, the adventures, helping others and the world but its not who I am. This is a very important understanding and switch to make it allows me a background sense of peace on which I can enjoy all these fantastic things, aiming to not get too lost from my centre. So how did I get here:
Ive been lucky as Ive always made my health & enjoyment of life a priority. Ive always looked at life from the point of view of why I am doing something. So I decide what I want to do in life and then work out how to get there. Ive always had a strong drive which has allowed me to achieve a great deal but does mean finding contentment is more tough and requires effort for me or better put I actually requires a lack of effort surrendering which when your driven like me is tough to do. Ive worked with a lot of high achievers over the years and I realised how unhappy they actually were. These were fantastic exciting passionate people but deep down they couldn't be happy. I have always been a very driven high achiever so I wanted to make sure I got the balance right. So I started by working in an industry I loved, the health and fitness industry. This allowed my days to be spent doing the things I loved. My background make me uniquely skilled to help people. Ive struggled worked hard and achieved, I've enjoyed the fruits of life and Ive realised these are not what I need deep down. Im a coach & have Studied:

My Experience
My dad is an expert in the brain so I've grown up with a good grasp of the main and how to master it. Entrepreneur - I have successfully run 4 companies, My own personal raining and team, My crossfit gym, PTGear an online exercise equipment supplier a 4 hour work week company, A life coach and course. What do I teach? I teach how to live your best life, how to enjoy life & be a success in all areas of your life. I live this way, I test this on myself and clients. I know it works. Its not an easy skill to learn on your own, Success is so easy to get drawn into and wrapped up in that it pulls you away from enjoyment and satisfaction. But it is actually an incredibly simple you just need a big shift in your understanding. Finding Joy & Enjoying life
Our whole experience is created by us so this is a very important understanding, however finding activities you enjoy is really important I want to empower people to live their lives. Enjoyment in an activity is about letting the emotions flow and tapping into this experience. I love swimming with my dog Ronnie, in clear water. I love to dance
