Private Classes will promote your general wellbeing and invite healing to your body, bringing you energy and vitality into all areas of your body and mind. You will be guided through postures, breath work, meditation techniques that will purify the body and the mind, clearing the system of impurities and toxins and at the same time preparing the body for deep relaxation and meditation.

Hatha Yoga - Postures designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Viniyasa Yoga- Coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Ashtanga Yoga - This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Ashtanga Yoga was founded by K. Pattabhi Jois.
Yin Yoga This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
Pregnancy Yoga: This class is geared towards making a mum to be feel more comfortable during her labour and with her changing body at the same time preparing for motherhood and birth.
Postnatal Yoga: Classes focus on strengthening your core after childbirth
Restorative Yoga: A class making you feel like you have completely rejuvenated and restored. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
