Imagine this: The sun is rising, a gentle sea breeze touches your skin, and you find your inner peace during a yoga session on a rooftop in Agios Stefanos. ✨

Our rooftop terrace is open again! Since 8 September, we invite you to start your day with breath-led asanas, cleansing pranayama exercises and deep meditation. Each session is perfectly tailored to the participants.

When: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (upon request)

20 yoga mats, 20 fleece blankets, 20 meditation benches, 20 seat cushions, 5 yoga rolls, 1 seat cushion (futon) for the instructor, air conditioning (cooling, heating, ventilation), 1 massage bench, 1 kettle, 1 coffee machine, 20 cups, 20 glasses, decorative materials (candles, towels, statues, objects, etc.).

Extendable table 220/280 x 100 cm. 12 chairs (on the terrace) can be set up in the studio if required.
