If there could be a sacred word, that would be "silence". That's the state we practice yoga for.

Only in silence we could redefine the starting point of our authenticity, we could observe without the distractions of our selfish formation.

Then we can confront the noise, the lies, the propaganda, the violence by standing still.

Then our words will have no other choice but meet the truth and call out for solidarity and justice.

Stop the genocide.
