Our biggest mirrors are often the people closest to us…

Our family, friends, at times colleagues, often our favorite teachers and students 🫠 all emotions that come up feel so much more intense when they are with people we consider or even for a moment felt close!

As November begins to roll, we reflect on all the incredible moments and all the precious lessons and we continue to trust that life will keep on bringing more love, more connection, more compassion.. more more more!

This is not to show off, but to say THANK YOU to all our guests that trusted us → it seems we are the most and best rated yoga retreat centre on google maps in Greece 😍

PS: after non-scientific research, we are apparently even #1 in whole of europe. There is a retreat centre in the US with a 1.5k, 4.9 Stars... hats off!

Celebrating life and everything that comes with it.

It turns out that we are actually living yoga, some moments in the day we are also teaching, some we are also practicing but all of the time we are living it!

Acceptance before understanding, love before right and wrong, connection before separation

Any challenge, pain, aversion, wrongness, any dream, hope, wish, duality on this path become an opportunity to accept more, love more, and connect more deeply!

Sorry for the photo spam.. we are just super excited to have had some new pictures AND to have finally found the website cover photo for the „about us“ section with the „core team“, meaning the people that are committed to being here and providing a safe, clean, nourishing space for you all for the whole season and most of them actually for way more than one season 🤗🤗🤗

And oh my God!!!! we managed to get Jenny in there too 🤗🤗🤗

The last picture‘s cue was: some look to Athena and some to Mary.. we clearly got soooo confused that we just ended up laughing and looking all over the place 🤷🏾‍♀️

Let the July vibes take us…
heat, joy, hard work, sweat, love, support, inner and outer challenges, commitment to create together and a longing to belong and be seen more than ever!

It’s so enriching, so fulfilling to be at service and so challenging too at times. We meet, connect, exchange, become one and then a lot of you (especially as guests) leave way too soon and what we are left with is the new version of ourselves, curiosity to find who we are once again, how we connect, what feels like home and what hurts and then we are called as a team and as individuals to readjust, reschedule, be reborn, re center.

We are so so so lucky to have you all pass by, even for a session, and even thrilled to have anyone stay for more than a month, completely blessed to have you stay more than two months.. and utterly spoiled to have anyone around for more than a season.

It takes a lot to stay committed, open to changes and with a heart so tenderly filled.
Let’s do more of this! Little escapes to the sea with or without inflatables, evening visits to local cafes and other beaches around, let’s sing together, have movie evenings on the terrace and honest chats.

Let’s enjoy every part of this summer 💗
(we missed a few beauties for this picture but hey! Who cares about the pictures? What matters is the heart!)

Thank you for all the challenges that were placed on our path and for all the incredible moments we got to share already

And thank you for all the visions and possibilities that keep opening up! 🎉🎉

We care about you as a whole and so we make a great effort to include your body, as it is also a part of your being, right here, right now and so, essential in order to create a balance between body, mind and soul.
