About me

"Διάλεξε να κάνεις τη δουλειά που αγαπάς, και δε θα χρειαστεί να εργαστείς ούτε μια μέρα στη ζωή σου". Είμαι από τους τυχερούς αυτούς ανθρώπους που απλά ήξερα από νωρίς. Θεραπεύτρια Μάλαξης. Αν και στην Ελλάδα οι σπουδές σε αυτό το αντικείμενο είναι ακόμα σε αρχικό στάδιο, όπου υπάρχει θέληση, υπάρχει και τρόπος.

Εντατική μελέτη Ανατομίας και Φυσιολογίας, ακολουθούμενη από τα πιο ετερόκλητα σεμινάρια εισαγωγής διαφόρων ειδών μάλαξης, προκειμένου να επιλέξω σε ποιό θα εμβαθύνω. Το 2010 γνωρίζω το Δάσκαλο και μέντορά μου Ratheesh Raj, όπου με εκπαιδεύει τόσο στις τεχνικές μάλαξης, όσο και στη σημασία του να προστατεύω το σώμα και τα χέρια μου από τραυματισμούς υπερχρησίας.

Με βάση το Balilese massage, ακούω τις ανάγκες του κάθε σώματος και προσαρμόζω τη συνεδρία ανάλογα, εφαρμόζοντας τεχνικές από Ανατολή και Δύση.

Για εμένα το massage είναι Τέχνη, Ροή, χορός στη συμπαντική μουσική. Κάθε συνεδρία είναι και ένα ταξίδι. "Είναι σα να είσαι μέσα σε ένα καθεδρικό ναό, φτιαγμένο από μαθηματικά και μέλι".
