The European Bifurcation Club (EBC) emphasizes ongoing improvement and discussion in coronary artery bifurcation interventions, focusing on technical aspects of bifurcation stenting. Recognizing the impact of pre-procedural planning, stent technique choice, procedural ex*****on, complication management, and operator expertise on patient outcomes, the EBC advocates for enhanced education and training in bifurcation stenting. The 16th EBC consensus document, specifically Part II, offered guidance on overcoming challenges during second stent implantation in both provisional and two-stent strategies, and discussed methods to advance education and technical training in this field, aiming to improve treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions.
