Kathy's Island Retreat driver kursvirksomhet i Adia, på vestkysten av den greske øya Karpathos. Det er et holistisk konsept for kursledere som ønsker å ta med egne grupper for å holde kurs med fokus rettet mot selvutvikling og sunn livstil. Dette kan være yoga/meditasjonsinstruktører, healinginstruktører, kursledere som jobber med tilstedeværelse, og å finne balanse i livet, for å nevne noen. Spekteret er stort og alle er velkomne. Steder vi holder til på, Pinetree, eies og drives av Nikos Papanikolaou, men det er Kathrine som vil holde kontakten med dere, før, under og etter oppholdet.
