“Reflections of Now”

Friday 12 – Sunday 14 December 2025

With Vayia Chanou

As the year comes to a close, we seek deeper connection with ourselves and clearer guidance from the purity of our soul.
Specially designed yoga practices, combined with serene isolation, the beauty of the landscape, and the physical therapies offered by Montanema, will gently lead us toward mental and physical purification.
So that when the time for reflection arrives, the "reflection of the present" will be radiant and dazzling.

We will move with awareness of both the retreat theme and the needs of the group, focusing on:
• Alignment-based Hatha Yoga
• Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga
• Restorative Yoga
• Chair Yoga
• Pranayama, Kriyas, Mantra Meditation, Yoga Nidra
This retreat is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
With Vayia's unique, experienced, and nurturing approach, modifications will be offered for beginners, and deeper options provided for advanced practitioners.

Καλό, γλυκό φθινόπωρο θα σας ευχηθώ με τα παρακάτω ποιητικά λόγια δια στόματος της αγαπητής μου Δήμητρας Πανταζή.

Αππόροια του φθινοπωρινού μας yoga retreat στη Θάσο.
Υπέροχο και απόλυτα αντιπροσωπευτικό!

"Κουβαλάς το μπογαλάκι με τα βάρη σου
κι ελπίζεις να εξαφανιστούν
όπως ο μάγος κρύβει τ'αφτια του κουνελιού στο μαγικό καπέλο
και παφ! Μαγεία!
κι αποφασίζεις...
Δέχεσαι το κάλεσμα
δένεις σφιχτά το μπογαλάκι
και παίρνεις δρόμο.
Θάλασσα διασχίζεις
δε βουτάς ακόμα
φοβάσαι..
Περνάς απέναντι
το μπογαλακι σου βαρύ.

Και ξάφνου ένα σπίτι,
μια αυλή, με Άτλαντες και Δίσκοβόλους και Νίκες
και φιλί γλυκό στη χώρα των θαυμάτων.
Πρόσωπα και αγγίγματα
και δάκρυ καφτερό να χυνεται στα δροσερά νερά της λήθης.
Και προσευχή.
Κι αυτά τα βλέμματα που μέσα στο χορό και στα ζεστά τα γέλια σε τραβάνε.
Και δεν υπάρχει μπογαλάκι πια
στο κλέψαν οι αγκαλιές για να το θυσιάσουν στο βωμό της κάθαρσης.
Κι ευγνωμονείς,
κι όλοι μαζί ευγνωμονούμε
και πέταξαν τα βάρη σαν πουλιά
που θα μας συνοδέψουν με τον άνεμο της επιστροφής
ελπίζοντας να ξανανταμώσουνε τα χέρια μας , τα μάτια μας, οι αγκαλιές μας"
