Γεννήθηκα στην Κέρκυρα, μεγάλωσα στο εξωτερικο, και ασχολούμαι με το κλασικό μπαλέτο από μικρή ηλικία. Το 2010 oλοκλήρωσα τις σπουδές μου στην ψυχολογία. Είμαι πιστοποιημένη δασκάλα γιόγκα από παραδοσιακό ινστιτούτο της Ινδίας, αναγνωρισμένο από το κράτος της ως πρότυπο κέντρο διδασκαλίας γιόγκα.
Έχω ολοκληρώσει πλέον 1.250 ώρες πιστοποιημένης εκπαίδευσης στην Ινδία, από εξειδικευμένους δασκάλους, πάνω σε ειδικές εφαρμογές και διάφορες πρακτικές της παραδοσιακής γιόγκα καθώς επίσης έχω συμμετάσχει σε σεμινάρια με παγκοσμίως αναγνωρισμένους δασκάλους γιόγκα.
Την τελευταία δεκαετία της ζωής μου την έχω περάσει δουλεύοντας και ταξιδεύοντας στο εξωτερικό και στην Ελλάδα, ταυτόχρονα ολοκληρώνοντας εκπαιδεύσεις και σεμινάρια. Ειδικεύομαι στην Χαθα και στην θεραπευτική και έχω παρατεταμένη εμπειρία δουλεύοντας με εγκύους, παιδια και ηλικωμενους, καθώς και ειδικες περιπτώσεις σωματικών και πνευματικών περιορισμών.
Με 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην διδασκαλία, η αγάπη μου επικεντρώνεται στο να μοιράζομαι γνώση και να βοηθώ ανθρώπους μέσω ειδικών και προσαρμοσμένων πρακτικών. Έχοντας ολοκληρώσει την εκπαίδευση μου στην Ινδία φέρνω μια πλούσια και αυθεντική προσέγγιση στην πρακτική χρησιμοποιώντας σύγχρονες διορθώσεις και εναλλακτικές.

Η γιόγκα αποτελείται από διαφορετικές εφαρμοσμένες πρακτικές, σωματικές και πνευματικές. Η ιδέα μου είναι ότι μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την γιόγκα σαν εργαλείο το οποίο προσαρμόζεται σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες μας, είτε σωματικές, είτε ψυχικές. Ελάτε να βρείτε και εσείς τον τροπο σας και ανακαλύψτε τα οφέλη της γιόγκα.
