SOPHROSYNA is a mental health service specialising in Perinatal Psychology since 2013. Our experience in Child & Adolescent Psychology dates from 2001 and recently our services have been extended to Adults, offering Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for a range of psychological issues & disorders since July 2020. The service is dedicated to Sophronia who was born still at 33wks gestation. Her mother,Chrissa Georgiades MSc-LP, is the founder and psychologist who operates the service.
