What we accomplished:

1️⃣ The first issue we addressed was the clinic’s limited number of new patients. To increase the new business, we established a referral process and implemented a new external marketing strategy, which resulted to a significant increase of new patients by per month with a monthly average of 45 vs less than 10 before taking action.
 
2️⃣ The next issue we came up against was the clinic’s low brand recognition. We designed and implemented a well-structured digital marketing strategy that resulted in a 140% increase in website visitors and over 1500 organic new followers in social media within 2 months.
 
 
3️⃣ Finally, we worked on the critical performance indicators of the practice. Building and proper monitoring of a tailor-made business dashboard enabled us to focus on the most popular and profitable services. This resulted to a turnover growth of €85,000 generated from the 5 top services within 6 months.

•Team: 4 dermatologists & plastic surgeons, 6 nurses, 3 beauty advisors, 3 girls in reception, 1 manager

What we accomplished:
1️⃣ The practice faced several challenges in their operations, including a low repeat rate on injectable therapies. To address this issue, we established an effective “inactive” patient identification and recalling procedure, resulting in 30% of "inactive" patients returning to repeat a treatment within three months.

2️⃣ The practice also struggled from the lack of new sources of income. To tackle that matter, we focused on the selling of products within the clinic, which led to an additional turnover of €4,500 per month. Cross-selling of medical treatments and skincare products was the key to success.

3️⃣ Finally, the last challenge we came up against was the low staff performance. We addressed the issue through a tailor-made training scheme, adapted to the needs of the team and the aspiration of the business owners. In parallel, we implemented a team bonus system to rewards the team performance. The outcome has been phenomenal as 2 out of 3 patients booked an extra service, only two months after completing the training scheme.

What we accomplished:

1️⃣We had to deal with limited revenue per patient. We built a fully adaptable cross-selling plan to combine treatments included in several medical protocols. The outcome in 5 months was that over 60% of returning patients were booking one or more additional services vs only 15% before implementing the cross-selling plans

2️⃣ We had to deal with low patient satisfaction and lots of lost patients. We optimized all the procedures during the "patient journey" inside the practice with respective tools and procedures. The outcome was that after 4 months, 85% of Google rating was a "5 stars" review

3️⃣ We had to deal with poor conversion rate from consultation to treatment booking. We designed a robust training scheme for medical staff into dealing with patients expectations and handling objections. The outcome after 4 months was that 2 out of 3 patients booked a treatment appointment after the consultation
