Ένας χώρος που συνδέει την ολιστική ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση με την ενεργεία του βουνού.
Στόχος μας είναι η εκγύμναση και η χαλάρωση του σώματος και του νου να αποτελέσουν αναπόσπαστη φιλοσοφία και ρουτίνα της ζωής μας, έτσι ώστε να διατηρήσουμε ή να ξαναβρούμε την υγεία, την ευεξία, τη ζωντάνια και την παιδικότητά μας.
