There’s something magical about the early morning light, the fresh air, and moving together in stillness.
This morning’s practice was a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be here.
“I am aware and fully present in this now moment. I accept & embrace everything that arises.” ✨
Not every moment needs to be fixed, changed, or understood. Sometimes the practice is simply allowing.
Allowing the breath.
Allowing the body to soften.
Allowing yourself to arrive exactly as you are.
