Yoga & Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga on Kos Island, Greece
There is no better way to look after your emotional and physical body than by practicing yoga. We are so busy and distracted in our daily lives that we spend most of our time in our heads, either going over the past or thinking about the future. In reality, the only moment that really matters is the present moment, thatβs where itβs all happening! That is where we need to be, and that is where yoga will teach you to stay. I welcome all levels, and invite you to join me for a non-competitve thorough practice of yoga and SUP yoga on Kos Island. I hold classes on the beach at my wooden shaded center with beautiful views to the ocean, and SUP Yoga classes on the water! We will stretch our bodies to release tension and build strength, leaving us feeling balanced and calm. Focusing on our breath and being aware of the sensations in our body will keep us in the present moment, where we can truly appreciate ourselves and our amazing surroundings. YOGA CLASSES: Yoga mats are provided. Please bring a towel, drinking water and a smile! SUP YOGA CLASSES: SUP yoga is so much easier than you think, and is for all levels from total beginner to advanced. The boards are really stable and the feeling of doing yoga on the ocean will blow you away! DonΒ΄t forget your sunscreen! PRIVATE SESSIONS - Private sessions are available one-to-one and for couples or groups (maximum of 4), and are for all levels from pure beginner to advanced. I will come to you with all the necessary equipment and we can target specific areas or goals as required.
