🇷🇴 Masajul Deep Tissue – Resetul profund al corpului și minții

Masajul Deep Tissue este o tehnică de masaj terapeutic care vizează straturile profunde ale mușchilor și țesuturilor conjunctive. Prin presiune intensă și mişcări lente, terapeutul reușește să acționeze în profunzime pentru a elibera tensiuni acumulate și a îmbunătăți flexibilitate
Indicații și beneficii: durere musculară cronică (spate, gât, umeri), tensiune musculară cauzată de stres, postură incorectă sau efort fizic intens, reabilitare post-traumatică, îmbunătățirea circulației sanguine și a mobilității articulațiilor, combaterea stresului și diminuarea anxietății.
Este important ca acest masaj să fie efectuat de un terapeut specializat, pentru a evita disconfortul excesiv sau posibile leziuni.

Deep Tissue vs. Masajul de relaxare

Spre deosebire de masajul de relaxare, Deep Tissue este o procedură mai intensă, cu scop terapeutic, nu doar de destindere. Se adresează în special: persoanelor cu toleranță crescută la durere, sportivilor, celor care desfășoară activități fizice sau profesionale solicitante, persoanelor care suferă de dureri acute sau inflamații localizate.

Durata și frecvența recomandată

Efectele masajului pot fi resimțite și după 15–30 de minute, datorită intensității aplicate. Totuși, o abordare holistică, realizată regulat (săptămânal sau lunar), este ideală — mai ales pentru cei care nu sunt consecvenți și apelează la masaj doar ocazional.

Efecte secundare posibile

După o ședință de Deep Tissue pot apărea: oboseală, dureri de cap ușoare, febră musculară.
Este important de reținut că nu ar trebui să apară hematoame! Dacă se întâmplă acest lucru, e un semn că masajul a fost aplicat greșit.

Masajul ca reset holistic

Un masaj Deep Tissue, combinat cu uleiuri esențiale potrivite, poate oferi corpului și minții un reset profund. Chiar și o ședință ocazională de 30 sau 60 de minute poate face diferența — important este să tratăm starea de bine ca pe un proces holistic, nu doar ca pe o soluție punctuală.

The effects can be felt even after 15–30 minutes, thanks to the intensity of the technique. For long-term benefits, a holistic approach with regular sessions (weekly or monthly) is ideal.

After a Deep Tissue session, you may experience fatigue, mild headaches, or muscle soreness. It’s important to note that bruising should never occur. If this happens, it’s a sign that the technique was not applied correctly.

Τα αποτελέσματα γίνονται αισθητά ακόμη και μετά από 15-30 λεπτά, λόγω της έντασης της τεχνικής. Για μακροπρόθεσμα οφέλη, συνιστάται μια ολιστική προσέγγιση, με τακτικές συνεδρίες (εβδομαδιαία ή μηνιαία).

Πιθανές Παρενέργειες

Μετά από μια συνεδρία Deep Tissue, μπορεί να παρουσιαστούν κόπωση, ήπιοι πονοκέφαλοι ή μυϊκή ακαμψία. Είναι σημαντικό να σημειωθεί ότι δεν πρέπει να εμφανίζονται μελανιές! Εάν συμβεί αυτό, σημαίνει ότι η τεχνική δεν εφαρμόστηκε σωστά.

Dragilor,
Toamna își intră în drepturi, iar odată cu timpul răcoros și sistemul nostru imunitar.
Dacă nu ai dureri cronice sau nu desfășori activități fizice intense, un masaj relaxant este exact ce ai nevoie pentru această perioadă de tranziție.
Masajul relaxant, împreună cu uleiurile esențiale si prosoapele calde, ajută corpul la detoxifiere, întărește sistemul imunitar și ofera echilibru sistemului nervos.
În zilele următoare voi prezenta și alte tipuri de terapii și beneficiile acestora.
Între timp, nu uitați să respirați și să fiți prezenți, în principiu. :)

Season change at BBe chill

Slowly, slowly the autumn is claiming her rights, with beautiful clouds, sometimes sudden windchill and soft night rains.
Our body and immune system is also claiming his rights, especially in this time of the year.
After a long year working or just as the seasons changing, our body and mind is getting a bit exposed and needs more care and maintenance.
Transitions can be different, from physical work to total break, from stress to peace, from warm summer to cold - but mostly our body has memory and since we are not computers, we can't just refresh by a click and all is new.
But there are many other good things we can do to help our body and mind sliding softly in the new mood.
Along with nice nature walks, community activities or whatever makes sense and fun for us, we should find something that relaxes, our mind and body, just to maintain the balance. Cause, this is actually the hardest part sometimes.
And here comes massage to help regulate your life rhythm.
I tried to explain a little bit the importance of massage as regular therapy and not only as a luxus occasional service.

Massage practice has a longer history in eastern societies (3000 BCE India), while in Europe, ancient greeks take the credit for the first practitioners. But both Greek and Roman culture of massage were influenced by egyptians, who put the basis of reflexology.

Over the years, trying and learning new techniques of massage, from both western and eastern school, I noticed that asians embrace massage as a self care routine, while europeans see massage as a wellness practice, and unfortunately, some of them as a luxury service.
But most of us get our first massage since we are babies. The very first gentle touch of mother's hands imprints in our emotional memory of spirit and body.
Massage is not only detoxing, energizing and stimulating to the body, but also the perfect way to armonize our inner self.
That's why I consider massage important in our self-care routine. That's why massage has no age. That's why, after a massage you feel like you are coming back home from a long exhausting trip.
